Construction of New Modular House

Steps to completion

Step 1: Arrange engineer plans. You can either work with our Engineer or your own, however, we need Engineer plans to do so especially on bigger Extension/Renovation jobs.

Step 2: Contact us via our contact page and include engineer plans.
Step 3: Contracts signed/desposit/payments, etc. Construction can begin.

Step 4: Once the major construction work is completed we then enter the 2nd phase of finishing, where we offer services such as painting/tiling/flooring/carpentry.

Garden Room to rear of house

This project brief was to construct an outbuilding to the rear of the house which could be used as an office space and gym.

Our Garden Room was the perfect solution.
We used a system here called concrete screws that are put into the ground instead of using concrete foundations - ideal for small garden rooms. External finished in a cedral black cladding. All the floors, ceilings and walls installed to match current standards for insulation levels - a very high spec finish.

1 x Extension onto Semi-Detached House

The project brief was to knock an existing glass extension and construct a small bespoke Extension plus full internal renovation.
Included everything from extension to electrics, plumbing, plastering, kitchen, exterior cladding, painting, flooring and tiling.

2 x Cube Extensions onto Detached House

This project brief was to construct two bespoke Extensions onto a large family home, to create space to the side and the rear of the house. The project took less than 2 months to complete, including the internal finishes that were carried out - rendered walls and ceilings, insulated concrete screed, windows and doors, and heating. The external finish of these extensions included - foundations, timber structure with traditional block/render, footpaths and downpipes. Planning Permission was not required for the rear extension which was less than 40 sqm, however, the side extension required planning permission.

1 x Extension onto Dormer House

This project brief was to construct a bespoke Extension onto the front of a Dormer house, creating a porch-style entrance and lounging area. The project consisted of a flat roof design built into the existing roof. All works included - foundations, block laying, plastering, insulation, windows and doors, warm roof with 20 years+ of roof membrane, downpipes, footpaths and carpentry, etc.
