Phenox, Galway - Clean Rooms, Storage & Offices
​Commercial fit out for Phenox, Galway.
Phenox is one of Europe's leading innovators in the field of neurovascular medical devices. The project included a range of work such as fitting out partitioned offices, meeting room space, kitchenette, clean rooms, and storage rooms. Works to date include: engineer work, stud walls, slabs, plastering,

Bradley Motorworks, Galway - Reception area
​Commercial renovation for Bradley Galway. With over 8000-square foot interiors, Bradley Motorsworks is one of Galway's longest established and respected car dealerships. Bradley's main brands are Rover and Jaguar. The project included construction of the steel structural support system, the façade designed to reflect a typical look of the neighborhood buildings, as well as construction of offices, a showroom, and support facilities. The assignment also included construction of an adjacent vehicle service building.
Squisito Fashion Boutique, Clarinbridge, Galway
This project specification was to transform a business office from an auctioneer’s office into a modern boutique. Upon agreement with the client, the area was completely gutted. More natural light for shoppers was key, so a new large window was fitted at the front of the shop. Bespoke, eye-catching picture frames were built onto the interior walls which highlighted the client’s stock. A new electrical layout, colour scheme selection and painting was included in this project.
